The farmhouse (160 sqm – 1,722 sqft) is laid out onto three floors:
- Ground floor: former pigsty (convertible into warehouse or storage room) with open space for al fresco dining and two cellars;
- First floor: reached through an internal staircase, it includes kitchen and living room with fireplace;
- Second floor: two bedrooms and bathroom.
Right next to the house, attached to the building, is located an old tobacco drying barn which could be used to further expand the house.
STATE AND FINISHES
The farmhouse is in good structural conditions but needs several renovations to be carried out before being inhabited. On the inside, wooden beams and terracotta floors are still at their places as in many countryside buildings.
