In the province of Livorno, few kilometres from the sea, along the Costa degli Etruschi, wine estate with 30 hectares of land, of which 13 hectares of vineyard and 15 to be replanted. It includes also a 600 square-metre cellar equipped for wine making. In the estate is placed a farmhouse, currently finished to a builders finish, with offices on the ground floor. The cellar currently produces the following wines: IGT Toscana Bianco, IGT Toscana Rosso, Bolgheri DOC. Wine stock, equipment for wine making, furniture and machinery are included in the selling price. |
